Mission Statement

The International Insider is the voice of The College of Staten Island High School for International Studies community. The staff attempts to cover news and entertainment pertaining to the local and global community, while maintaining high ethical standards of excellence. A forum for student expression, The Insider will accept Letters to the Editor, guest articles, and suggestions from readers. The Insider reserves the right to reject or edit submissions for grammatical correctness, length and appropriateness without intentionally altering meaning. We reserve the right to withhold or return submissions for more information or in the case of excessive grammatical errors or excessive length. The Insider editorial board reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement. Letters to the Editor and guest articles can be sent to or put in our mailbox in at the College of Staten Island High School For International Studies, located at 100 Essex Drive, Staten Island, New York, 10314.
